Trainingsession First Week!!
Monday 28th AM: Light Jog (Testing Leg, see if I can run... Patience had run out)
Tuesday 29th AM: Physio Treatment, Leg is pretty much healed, am allowed to run but must rest today because he massaged
it quite deeply and therefore will be too sore to run on today.
PM: 35min decent pace on the gym bike...+Weights and Core
Wed 30th AM: Light Jog (Leg felt good)
Thursday 31st AM: Light Jog (Leg very sore, couldn't do the strides I had wanted to do)
Friday 1st AM: Light Jog (Very Good, Leg felt fine, Managed to run at decent pace without pushing it)
Saturday 2nd AM: Light Jog (Leg good, no bad reaction to yesterday)
Sunday 3rd AM: Light Jog (Pain no worse than normal but very stiff)
