Trainingsession 23/11/09-29/11/09

Monday- am: 30 easy and S&C resistance. 

             pm: 40 mins with the Garmin on. Splits were 6:42, 6:09, 6:17, 6:05, 5:56, 6:06 and 5:56 pace for the last few minutes.

Tuesday- am: 25 mins easy

             pm: Track session. Did a bit with Steve and then the rest by myself. Session was 1200m (with Steve), 1:30 rec, 4x400m off 1:30 and 3x200m with 200 jog. Times were 3:30, 66, 64, 62, 63, 30, 30, 30. There was a strong wind but I felt good.

Wednesday- 40 mins relaxed. Felt good.

Thursday- 20 mins jog, 5x20s striding and then 15 min jog. Felt fine.

Friday- 15 min jog. Ok.

Saturday- European Cross Country trial. See race report.

Sunday- 75 mins. Felt very good.
