Last week's training.
Monday- 53 mins easy.
Tuesday- am: 30 mins easy
pm: Track session of 4 sets of 400m, 30s rec, 200m with a lap jog in between in sets. Times were 60, 28, 60, 28, 60, 29, 58, 28. Legs were pretty tired and it was hard work.
Wednesday- am: 50 mins easy
pm: Core work
Thursday- On the track doing 6x200m off 200 jog. Times were 27, 27, 27, 28, 27, 27. Legs didn't feel that great.
Friday- 30 mins easy. Legs still a tad tired.
Saturday- British League 2 at Alexander stadium. See race report.
Sunday- 56 mins easy. Legs tired.
