Monday- am: 1 hour steady. Felt ok
pm: Core exercises
Tuesday- am: 1 hour steady. Felt a bit tired
pm: Prehab stuff
Wednesday- am: 30 mins easy then circuits. Felt good.
pm: 30 mins steady
Thursday- 1 hour steady, strides and prehab exercises. Felt fine
Friday- 45 mins steady, core exercises and strides. Felt good
Saturday- am: Grass session of 3x1 mile at tempo off 90s. Times were 5:14 (average heart rate 170 bpm), 5:17 (168 bpm) and 5:15 (170 bpm). Felt great, see the blog for more details.
pm: 30 mins easy
Sunday- 70 mins steady
67 mile week
