The Maine family (Romana, Gabriella and Julian), Nicola Thomas and Lee Bodenham turned out for us in the Tenby 10K today.
They were joined by Andy Dunscombe, proudly wearing his Pontypridd Rodents vest.
On a heavy and warm day early reports are that they all enjoyed what was described as "a nice run with some short sharp hills".
Results here and our Ladies won the Team prize and Romana won 3rd in her category.
