I have had a few ipod's in different generations and the itouch is a bit bigger and found this belt very good which straps on the arm which also makes it pretty easy to change albulms/playlists. The thing I have found is that the material is very think, maybe for comfort, but that is not very breathable and then needs a wash quite often. Also this one has a buckle rather than velcro which I am not sure which is better. Would recommend this product though and sure you could fit an iphone in there aswell although they sell a seperate one.
