They are like the 'Golf' of trainers. Yes they have changed the numbers as the car would and the colours change but the core of the shoe is the same and reliable as ever, it's a supportive shoe but has decent cushioning. It will give you at least 6months of decent mileage but the price has gone up a little bit again to £90 although I am sure if you shop around you can get a better deal.
Sometimes things are best left alone and this shoe has build a solid reputaton and has served me well!
Good Points
Good support for slight pronation
Very good amount of cushioning
Think especially good for heel striker
Quality means decent amount of mileage before the cushioning goes.
Bad Points
Seems to increase every year and going into higher end of shoe, price wise.
This year's colour bit too bright for me
Conclusion
A great shoe for slight pronation and will give you a fair few miles before it starts to break down but if it goes up again I will have to search out another shoe!

Asics 2150
I have been running in the ASICS 2150 for a good few months now and only have praise for them. Have just returned from a 2 hour, 19+ mile, marathon training run. Started on canal paths which were very wet in places and returned via the low fells and the resers at Dovestones. The support they offered was excellent and even though I was wearing them on a mixture of road, paths and low fells I stayed upright at all times and its a normal wet day up here.
