What a trainer! I read about these way in advance of buying them and although it took a while to get them as the shop had run out when I first went it was worth the wait. You put them on and instantly want to go for a run to try them out and you won't be dissapointed, they are so light for a cushioned trainer and the fit is like your house slippers. Granted I have only done a 100 or so miles in them so yet to find out how long they will last but if there was ever a shoe that did everything then this is it, long runs...tempo runs...even doing short efforts and no doubt I will race in them too.

I could only get hold of one colour but there seem to be lot's of colours out there, that said the red looks great anyway.

If you are any sort of runner you need to try these, no question. As Peter Kay used to say about garlic bread, the Kinvara is the future!
