

Recently used this for London Marathon and have used for the last 3 marathons. The flavour I like is quite hard to get hold of and the product in general but I always buy early and use for the 2 weeks leading to the race. The product say's to use mainly the 3 days before drinking a litre per day throughout the day. It is very nice and easy to drink although do use before to get used to the drink as can be quite heavy and on race day you will feel sluggish for the first few miles.
Good flavours with strawberry my favourite although fruit burst is also easy to drink and get down approaching the marathon day. Simple instructions and put 16 heaped cups into litre of water and start drinking!

Very good Carbo drink especially for marathon but also if doing heavy mileage training and a little boost to the stores to get you through the big weeks!
