Very nice drink! I was expecting the usual sickly taste of energy drinks but it was more like good squash. I was using Orange and Fruit Burst, latter being my favourite although there are more flavours available I think. Very easy to use with scoop provided and was 8 scoops per litre. I found I was able to train well after drinking without stomach trouble.
The main problem with the drink is having won it at a race it is then quite difficult to buy as not many stores store the drink.

Hard to get hold of at most shops
Conclusion
would use over other drinks like SIS if I can just buy it easier than at presant.
