Hmm that's a tough one (ha ha get it?!!)
Rory Posted on March 30th, 2010Ah probably flat out sessions in the Summer, like doing near to flat out reps with a short recovery and then a pause
between sets before doing it all again.
This year my goal is to make the European Seniors in Barcelona. I made the U23's last year and it has made me hungry to get out there with the big boys. The Irish qualifying standard of 3.41 is not out of my reach,
but if I want to make it at 15 I need to speed up over 8. So I am going to do 8's and 15's while still doing steeplechase technique work.
