Plyo work
Hi Dave
Rory Posted on May 25th, 2010The plyo work is more for power in the legs than core stability, but if you are doing any strength training technique correctly, then you are also working your core!
The exercises I do are squat jumps, box jumps, scissor jumps and hurdle jumps.
Any more questions just ask!
Pylo work
Hi Rory
Dave Francis Posted on May 24th, 2010Is the plyometric work to improve your abs and strengthen the back- both vital for runners!
What specific exercises are you doing then?
