Wenesday - am: 40 mins

                 pm: circuits and 30 mins

 

Thursday - am: 3 by 10 mins tempo (2miles)

                pm: 8 by 150m hills

 

Friday - am: 60 mins EZ

           pm: Weights

 

Saturday - am: 1 mile tempo 5 by 400m, 300m, 200m (Recoveries 90 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec)

                pm: 30 mins

 

Sunday -  60 mins
