                   pm - Circuits and 1 by 1600m with hurldes in 4.36

 

Thursday: am - 6 miles

               pm - 1 by 1 mile in 4.30 4 minutes rec

                       2 sets of 600, 400, 200 in 1.34/1.35, 60/61, 28/29

 

Friday: 6 miles

 

Saturday: Heat BUCS 5000m - Through to final

 

Sunday: 7 miles - Strides

Coach

My coach is Pat Hogan from my hometown, he has coached me since I was around 17. I do work with Craig Winrow and the boys and will do more with them as we get more into the Summer.
