Slowly slowly catchy monkey

Hello to anyone out there who still wants to read my ramblings.
I am back jogging so that is positive. It still isn't perfect but the pain is minimal when running. The foot still doesn't want to do too much once I've finished a run but as long as I keep getting treatment on it I will be OK, touch wood (as I just did there)
I have had a whole week off with it being half term and to be honest I am looking forward to getting to school. I don't like to sit around much and not being able to train properly has made it doubly boring. It will be a shock when my alarm goes off at 6 tomorrow but I will get used to it again.
I watched Ireland stutter to victory against the Scots today and I really hope they can cut out the indiscipline if they want to beat Wales and England. It was good in a way to see Birmingham win (even though I'm a villa fan) It proves that whatever it says on paper doesn't matter once you step out in front of the crowd.

Well done to the Ennis Track Junior Men's Team who claimed 3rd team in the Irish Interclubs yesterday. Liam Markham was unlucky to be just outside the individual medals but I hope you all keep going to make our club strong in the future at National level. A prize for who can pick out my brothers?
Hard luck to Dan on not getting the time but you are in great shape so keep it going.
Finally hello to my reader in Abu Dhabi, I was told by David Quinn (my clubmate) ages ago that you read this blog so hello if you still do!
Chesser
