Much better week. Felt very lively on the Tuesday and again on the Thursday with some 200's. Did the same 2 days training into Birmingham as I did leading up to my outdoor 3k pb and it worked.

It's starting to work with the miles creeping up. I'd be happy to just run faster than I did last year

really good training Ryan. You've slowly upped your mileage and are now seeing the benefits.
