Pm 30 easy
Tuesday
Am 8x400, 8x300
Pm 40 aqua jog (to give my foot a rest. tendon below the ankle bone a little swollen still from Saturday's race)
Wednesday
Am 45 easy (heavy legs)
Thursday
Am 30 easy (felt a bit better but not great so opted not to do strides)
Friday
Am 45 easy (felt much better as the race and session were out my legs)
Saturday
Am 20 easy plus drills
Pm British Grand Prix - Indoor 3K. 8:00.14 (see race report)
Sunday
Am 90 steady
