Very tired with the travelling and time change so took things easy for the first few days. Did a tempo based session on Saturday and it went ok and got a decent week of miles in without pushing myself too hard

I generally do hurdle drills, walking/bounding drills then core work on a Monday morning. I haven't for a few weeks now, I should really get back onto it!
Ryan Posted on May 2nd, 2011I don't do weights at the moment, I've found I get an aggravated hamstring when I do a lot of exercises in the gym so I tend to stay away. I'm sure i'll build that back in at a later date though
Just Wondering what sort of strength/conditioning/core work you do?
