The week started really well with some good miles and a decent session with Beattie on the Tuesday. Going to Font Romeu was worth it because him and I acclimatised a lot faster than others.

On Friday I had some calf pain from fatigue due to the very uneven ground and hills here so I reluctantly gave the hill session a miss and video'd it instead. The video can be found below.

The calfs responded well to rest so I split my Sunday run and was back in the game by the end of the day.
