25/09/2010 Saturday 5x4mins uphill off 4mins rest
26/09/2010 Sunday 93mins easy (6:59av) rest

 

Hitting good mileage now. Up in the 80's with 4 single days and 3 of them at the end of the week. I feel like I could run all day here although a little tired on todays Sunday run after the hill session. Roll on the rest of the winter now.

Thanks for your input Martin (although that more than likely isn't your name). I'm sorry you don't like my website. How about some creative criticism instead. I run a design business so I created it as a showcase for my design skills and all feedback i've had until now is positive.
