Pm 5min jog, 10mins xtrainer, 10mins bike (actually got bored out my brain on these machines!)

 

Tuesday

Pm 15mins jog at normal pace. no pain

 

Wednesday

Am 32mins steady

Pm 47mins steady

 

Thursday

Pm 20mins easy (travelled back from newcastle so just jogged when I got back)

 

Friday

Am 50mins steady

Pm 30mins steady

 

Saturday

Am 20mins steady

 

Sunday

Am 55mins easy (achillies sore going round outwoods)
