Am 43mins easy then hurdle drills

Pm rested (didn't want to make my headcold worse)

 

Tuesday

Am 5x1k off 90 on the track. didn't feel great but just got it done, very windy though!

Pm rested because of headcold

 

Wednesday

Am 65mins easy

 

Thursday

Am rest

Pm 30mins with strides

 

Friday

Rest

 

Saturday

Am 15mins easy with drills and strides

Pm Liverpool Euro Cross Trials

 

Sunday

Am 75mins easy

 

 

Notes.

Tough week due to coming down with a cold last Saturday so it was a case of nursing myself through the week without making it worse. Thankfully it disappeared on Thursday before the trials.
