Am 10mins easy and had to stop. My right achillies felt light it was being ripped to shreds!
Tuesday
Pm
Aqua Jog- 10mins steady, 4,3,2,1 mins off 90 x2, 10mins steady
Wednesday
Am 40mins tempo aqua jog
Thursday
Pm 25mins flat out aqua jog
Friday
Am 1minute on, 1minute off jogging on grass for 15mins total
Saturday
Am 15mins jogging with 2mins walk after 8mins
Sunday
Rested. I could feel a pain again when just walking.
