Snow really hampered my training this week, especially mileage. Did the Tuesday session on my own as nobody wanted to train then, everyone else did their session Wed. That left me training on my own again Saturday for a very tough track sesison. I got them both done in the end though and was fairly happy with them. 

That was my last hard week at altitude and felt just about ready to head home
