Another week in the bank of some good miles. Really enjoying getting out fairly early doing my morning runs. The tempo was good, hard work doing middle 2 miles on my own but had Peersy for company on the 5:30 pace stuff. Beacon Hills were good, it's good to see Hickey going really well on sessions like these, the lad is on his way back!
