Tuesday 30mins easy 300m build ups in Pegasus- calfs in bits.
Wednesday 35mins easy with strides rest
Thursday rest- travel to london 30mins easy
Friday 15mins easy Crystal Palace 3000- bad run
Saturday rest rest
Sunday rest rest
