Nick is a highly respected sport scientist, who is Director of his own company Sports Integrated. Nick has been working with athletes for ten years, including Olympic, Paralympic and Professional athletes from both a physiology and nutritional point of view. Nick was previously Head of Sport Science and Lucozade Sport, and prior to that worked at both Lilleshall and Holme Pierrepont National Sports Centers. 

Nick is currently consultant Performance Director for Optimum Nutrition, the Nutritional partner to the Newcastle Falcons, Leinster, Ulster and the Highlanders (NZ) in Rugby Union. Nick is also Head of Sport Science for the Sotogrande Tennis Academy, whilst continuing to provide articles, comment and opinion within the media.

In his column, Nick will be covering a wide range of titles from simple to complex physiology and nutrition topics, to updates on politics, economics and the implications on sport from grassroots to elite level.
