Trainingsession Week Ending 11th December

Tuesday - 10mile run in 58minutes. Just worked a bit harder on any lumps, bumps or hills.

Wednesday - Steady run around 6.30miling but in the middle I did 15x2min hill (slight gradient) and ran back down in 2.30. Tough conditions with weather and long time (felt like) doing it but got it done. on my own.

Saturday - Ran out 15mins to usual spot and then after a few strides ran as fast back as possible. Got back 15seconds slower than in the summer which is not bad as a very cold early morning. Joined by Andy and Bullock who set off before I did like 'rabbits'. did a few miles either side of that mkaing it up to 8.

Sunday - more time on the feet this morning so not looking for the 6min miles. Did 13miles on trail/sand and ended up with 2.25 which was good. last few miles on the road were around 6.10 pace. alone as the guys raced yesterday.
