Tuesday - A long session but not fast, the group did 10x800m on the road with running recovery back around to the start as we did on a loop on the roads. running around 2.22 pace and all took turns at the frotn so went quite quickly actually. Felt quite heavy maybe from a big week last week but felt better as it went along.
Thursday - Felt terrible so knocked the session on the head and just did a steady run as I felt (around 5.50 pace), never really felt good though.
Sunday - 10k race (see race report) made up the miles before and after...only did 7 after though and was planning to do eight/nine.
