Back training although not fully recovered with the foot, still having regualr physio but have been told its ok to run once a day and run how I see fit really. I got up to an hour with the foot still improving each day. It has been nearly 3 weeks since any session so I thought it might be wise to at least to something a bit quicker. Ran in my 'big' trainers and started off very slow way off the back of the group until by the end I was near the front. Body struggled on the session but glad I did it, will know how the foot reacts in the morning. Still fustrated and hope it continues to improve...more physio next week and continue to day it a day at a time for now.
