30min aqua jog/15min swim + 30min jog

45min aqua jog + 1hour 30min bike, fast as I can as a tempo session.

30min run + 45min aqua jog

30min Swim + Aqua Jog session - 20x1min, 30s rec

3hour bike ride + 30min swim
