Tuesday - tough session, 3.36, 3.38, 3.36, 3.34, 3.31, 3.28. 2mins30s recovery. Not sure why it was so hard even with a strong wind but both me and marc found it hard so wasnt just me. Was suppose to do 3.30 comfortably hard but I had to work bloody hard to do those times! o well, just one of those days I suppose.
Thursday - 14mile run but bagged it early on. Me and George had spoken about the importance of listening to the body and it is something I find hard to do, normally if written down it gets done but it is something the better runners do well (have seen over the years). You just have to be confident in yourself to say today is not the day to push the body and something I have to learn to do...this paid off later in the week.
Saturday - big session of 6x1k on the road (2.50,2.54, 2.49, 2.52, 2.48, 2.47) with 1min recovery then 2.30, then back to a minute. After about 5minutes we then did 40minutes 6.30 miling which doesnt sound really hard but after a decent little session the legs wernt happy but I got it done with Marc, Darren Hiscox and his son Daniel.

The session Tuesday was 6x1200m on the track, trouble with Swansea track is it's on the seafront so any wind is magnifide! Yes the k loop has been marked out by georges trusty wheel. It is nicely sheltered by trees but you have to be aWare of walkers, dogs and bikes unless you get it done early. Don't think the times were that fast, sure other guys on here are doing them faster!
