Good week I think, I found Tuesday and Thursday quite hard not sure why though. Tuesday just felt a bit heavy legged which could be standing in work for a few hours and Thursday I think I just went in with the mind set of it wont be hard and then couldn't quite get going in the small efforts.
The race went decent I thought and really enjoyed the course, race and would do it again for sure. The Sunday run was weird in that the legs were a bit heavy from Saturday but never really got tired, ran just over 2 hours and pushed a little for the first and last 40mins with a slower pace in the middle 40mins.
