Good week, the until wednesday I could feel the effects of the weekends racing which made Tuesday track session quite hard. Saturday morning went well with Mark Morgan giving me some help but the sunday run I felt pretty awful but then Lee did have a house party (delayed from last weekend) so didnt get to bed till quite late. Thursday was my first ever grass session and found it so different to road or track sessions, there was a little climb that was killing me and you cant float along like on other surfaces.
