5easy + 8interval - 8miles steady with 2minute efforts around 5min miling pace. majority of run 6min miling.

5steady + 10steady - 57minutes

5easy + 10interval - 6miles with 1min efforts much like tuesday, jogged 4 miles after with Lee (girlfriend)

Very tough week as suffered with lingering cold. sessions wernt great but unable to much else but had to do something for weekend race. legs were tired but race didnt go to bad although very hard! morning steady runs were around 6min miling.
