Tuesday - 24x70seconds on the grass with 45s recovery jog.came off the back of the group a few times and struggled a bit with the hamstring and foot.
Thursday - 6 x 6minutes with 3 min jog recovery. Ran with Lewys and found it tough and made slightly tougher over trails and sand.
Sunday - 20miles in 1hour 56 minutes (10miles over grass/trails 62minutes...10miles 54mins on road)
