Tuesday - Road sesssion of 10x600m in 1.41/1.42 with recovery going 90,90,70,70,50,50,30,30,30. On my own and it was really tough! The last few really took some effort.

Thursday - 2x7mins at 5min mile pace, 3mins run recovery, 1x10mins 5.20 pace, 3mins run recovery, 3x4mins 4.45-4.50 pace. Another tough one.

Saturday - 6x1k with 3mins recovery on the road in 2.49, 2.47, 2.48, 2.47, 2.47, 2.47. good group down there with Afan and Dewi just ahead of me.

Sunday - 3miles 6.30, 10miles (55.37), 3miles easy.

Hi,

the sessions are done on a horse shoe style loop in Swansea which is marked out by the coach, George. Goes up to 1200m so if we do things like 2k which I did Tuesday we just do the loop turn on the spot and go back the other way.

Out on big loops the timex is the tool of preference. But easy runs are just of the basis of 8min miles as I don't like a gps watch on easy runs...just run easy.
