Tuesday - 600 (1.44) 75s rec, 800m (2.15) 90s rec, 1000m (2.48) 2mins rec, 1200m (3.24) 90s rec, 1000m (2.51) 75s rec, 800m (2.16) 60s rec, 600m (1.41). Tough little session. Did it on the track with the group and quite windy but apart from going too slow on the first rep they were all close to the 68second lapping that was targeted.
Thursday - Long run
Saturday - Middle of the run I did 15mins jog out and then after a few strides running as fast as I could back to the starting point. Got back in 9.33 although first time I have done it on that route so have no idea if that was good or bad!
