Trainingsession Week ending 6th August

Sun:  28 miles

Mon:  10 miles easy

Tues:  12 x 800m (plus warm up & down)

Wed:  16 miles easy

Thurs:  25 miles including 20 miles tempo

Fri:  weights

Sat:  12 miles easy (then lunch with family to celebrate my 40th birthday!!)
