Trainingsession Week ending 7th January
Sun: 12 minutes very easy - right hamstring and piriformis was very tight & sore and didn't loosen up so stopped run as didn't want to risk further damage.
Mon: Coventry 5 mile road race - hamstring didn't feel too bad warming up so decided to race
Tues: 5 miles very easy - sore / tight hamstring & piriformis
Wed: Swimming
Thurs: Weights
Fri: Rest
Sat: Rest
