Phil Wicks is one of Britain's top male distance runners at the moment having run 62.51 for the Half Marathon in March '09. Phil Wicks is hoping to move up to the marathon in the near future and we will be following his progress with regular articles throughout the year, Phil has represented Great Britain on the country, the road and the track and is known for his tough no nonsense training and being a fierce competitor!
